About Us
Netplan has been developed from over 35 years of Nick Bruining's experience in the financial advice industry.
The Hayne Royal Commission into misconduct in the financial services industry brought to light an array of issues and changes that needed to occur within the industry.
Nick has been fighting for these changes throughout his career, with the intention of transforming the financial advice profession into one that people can trust. This has been a difficult challenge because historically financial advice was used by big financial institutions as an opportunity to sell sometimes risky investments to regular Australians. These changes, while necessary, have also made finding quality, trustworthy and reliable financial advice very expensive and sometimes simply unattainable.
After many years presenting the Retirement Masterclass to people and giving them the ability to make their own financial plans, Netplan was developed so that this knowledge could be:
- Shared with more people, more cost effectively.
- Kept up to date.
- Supported with other content, like articles and regular Q&As.
We hope you find Netplan engaging, educational and empowering. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send us an email, we'd love to hear from you.
The Netplan Team.
